PAIN D’ AVIGNON
Hyannis

There have been a few changes in the restaurant scene since the book came out. Pain D’Avignon does not have the Chicken Paillard on the menu. The former chef, Rebecca Arnold made this dish famous with Miss Scarlett’s Chicken, her Swiss chard and shitake mushrooms. Many people are making this dish and loving it! Including me.
